Shipping Information

Deliveries are despatched by An Post Standard Post. If you require your order in a hurry, we can arrange express delivery and will advise you of the additional cost. Deliveries to ROI usually arrive within 2 working days and please allow 3 - 5 working days for Northern Ireland. Delivery to Europe may take 3 - 7 working days.

Republic of Ireland - €8 Northern Ireland - €8 Europe - €12.00                                                         Rest of the World - available on request

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it by sending the item(s) back to us at the address provided on your dispatch note returns label. Please use the returns label supplied in your package, and include your dispatch note marked with the items being returned.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and in the original packaging. Tamsin Blackbourn reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for refund or exchange unless the returning item is faulty or incorrect. Be sure to send with the correct insurance cover and to obtain a free proof of postage when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
